Drawings – including all information such as, dimensions, overhangs, polished sides, sinks (under mount, drop ins, butlers sink or basins, +/- tap holes) & profile edge (Arris/Pencil Round or what profile you would like.) Our standard quote is always quoted otherwise Arris edges.

If a job is to be quoted in 40mm or larger stone, we need to know if it is to be mitred or laminated.

Drawings: a set of drawings or plans that are a 2D visual picture of how the space will look when completed as well as where items are to be installed.

Dimensions: a drawing is carefully dimensioned to ensure that items are correctly sized for construction.

Overhangs: an overhang is a surface not directly supported by a construction underneath. For example, a surface that extends past the edge of the supporting cabinet for use as a benchtop.

Reply to the emailed quote that it is accepted. We then require a signed copy of the quote to be returned via email to sales@stoneeleganceqld.com.au along with a full address, point of contact, if it is a new build or renovation (for key collection or access arrangement) and also a tentative templating date.

Give us as much notice as possible as the process will only start once:

• Quote is accepted
• Signed copy of quote returned
• Deposit paid

We do not order the stone or organise delivery of the stone until a job has been accepted and a deposit paid.
