Please be advised if you have any warranty claims on the material used, we will advise on the correct manufacturer instructions and handle these claims on an individual basis.  

  1. Scope: This warranty covers any defects in the installation of your stone product, including but not limited to cracks, chips, and uneven seams. 
  2. Duration: This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. 
  3. Remedies: If any defects covered by this warranty are discovered during the warranty period, Stone Elegance will repair or replace the defective work at no cost to you. 
  4. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by improper use, maintenance, or cleaning of your stone product. It also does not cover any damage caused by external factors such as accidents, natural disasters, or vandalism. 
  5. Notification: To make a claim under this warranty, you must notify Stone Elegance in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect. We will then schedule a service call to inspect the work and determine the appropriate remedy. 
  6. Limitations: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective work. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
